About this team
As the International SEO Manager, you will be responsible in driving the delivery of the SEO roadmap for our EMEA and APAC markets, working closely with your Global SEO counterparts to ensure alignment of activity being undertaken in-market with dedicated localized SEO partners. With a leaning towards Technical SEO, you will frequently be in contact and collaboration with dedicated product teams, facilitating optimization that drives market revenue growth.

**A day in the life**:

- Regularly work alongside Global SEO and in-market partners, to build and deliver an SEO roadmap that supports the broader Global SEO strategy
- Own and be responsible for the prioritization and execution of optimization activity across INTL regional websites, aligning with and informing evolution of global initiatives
- Track and continually audit factors affecting search visibility, crawling and index coverage, providing insight and recommendations to improve for global and/or regional prioritization
- Work closely with the Product teams to define and clearly scope requirements for SEO support, including impact estimations, to ensure sound technical SEO is maintained across all sites, and best-in-class solutions are delivered
- Maintain visibility of important trends and best practices around search engine algorithms, competitive landscapes, the industry and guest search behavior to enable continued strategy development
- Collaborate with broader SEO team in evolving and streamlining existing processes, whilst identifying opportunities for new processes that help drive efficiency within our space
- Continually provide visibility and status of ongoing work and the subsequent results happening within our channel to stakeholders and key partners
- 2-year roadmap that ladders up into Global SEO strategy
- 2 direct reports; Senior Specialist, SEO - EMEA & Specialist, SEO - APAC
- Lead, coach and mentor the INTL SEO team, supporting their development, empowering and enabling autonomy within their spaces

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of relevant SEO experience, with experience working with a leading B2C eCommerce brand
- Multi-year track record of creating and delivering successful SEO strategies across multiple international markets
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and associated ranking factors, inclusive of Google and Bing, with Naver and Daum a plus
- Advanced knowledge of International SEO and Technical SEO, and the ability to confidently troubleshoot and identify opportunities for improvement within each
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with an ability to pull meaning and action from large sets of data
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex SEO concepts and insights to broader business partners of varying levels
- Previous experience in successfully building and leading a multi-region SEO team, of which focuses across both On-Page and Technical SEO tactics
- Excellent knowledge of business and SEO industry standard tools, such as: Google Search Console, JIRA, Confluence, Botify, and Adobe Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred - focus in quantitative field such as statistics, or computer science a plus
