Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
**Web Development**:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
- Implement and optimize website functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Ensure web content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective online content.
**SEO and SEM**:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (SEM) for maximum ROI.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
- Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and insights on digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular updates on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and design.
**Skills**:
- **Web Development**: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- **Digital Marketing**: Knowledgeable in digital marketing principles and campaign execution. Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager.
- **SEO and SEM**: Understanding of SEO techniques and experience with SEM campaigns.
- **Analytics**: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics for data analysis and insights.
- **Creativity**: Innovative thinking for visually appealing and engaging online content. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro)
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical concepts effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work
- **Adaptability**: Flexible and open to staying updated on evolving digital marketing trends.
- **Time Management**: Efficient time management in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
**Working Environment**:
- Typical office environment, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
