We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves a high level of interaction with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and engagement with our products. You will be the frontline of our company, handling various tasks from responding to inquiries to managing our stock levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle 20-30 online chats daily, offering solutions and support to our online visitors.
- Take 10-20 phone calls per day, addressing customer concerns and queries with patience and professionalism.
- Provide face-to-face assistance to customers at the showroom desk, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, returns and feedback.
- Oversee item stock control, preordering out-of-stock products to ensure continuous availability.
- Monitor competitors and engage in product price matching activities to maintain market competitiveness.
- Learn about our products rapidly and retain detailed information to offer expert advice and recommendations.

**Skill Requirements**:

- **Fast learning **abilities and a **good memory **for product details.
- **Exceptional attention** to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- **Excellent manners**, listening skills, and **proficiency in English**. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coffee; previous experience as a **barista** will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in managing **Shopify**-based e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and **teamwork abilities**.
- Outstanding analytical and **problem-solving** skills.
- **Strong organizational skills**, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Independent and proactive mindset, with the capacity to **take ownership of projects**.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
- A passion for coffee and a social lifestyle.
