Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve financial goals and growth.
- Manage and motivate restaurant staff, addressing performance issues, and encouraging teamwork with SOPs provided from company.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and training.
- Analyze financial records, create reports, and make decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise during service.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including back-of-house and front-of-house areas.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Create and revise employee schedules to meet restaurant needs and budget constraints.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
- Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and ensure their implementation.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to encourage customer loyalty.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance restaurant service and the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and other team members to achieve common goals.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure the restaurant’s competitiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for restaurant staff and the liaison with upper management.
- Promote VIP cards sales.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a premium food and beverage operation.
- Knowledge of hotel F&B operations.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service techniques, and industry trends
- Knowledge of food, alcoholic beverages and wines.
- Must have Food Safe Level 1 and Level 2.
- Food Safe Certification is required to be renewed every 2 years
- individuals will be responsible for paying for their course.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and make decisions quickly and accurately.
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team to accomplish goals.
- Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including early mornings/evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, a second language is an asset.
- Knowledge of appropriate table setting and service ware.
- Must possess basic computer (POS) knowledge, Micros knowledge an asset.
- Must have Serving it Right Certification.Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in cashiering, cash handling, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Experience conducting interviews and hiring new employees
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Familiarity with payroll processes
