Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Conference Services Coordinator to join our team. The Conference Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Conference Service Managers as well as ensuring up-to-date and timely communication is distributed to all operational areas with respect to in-house and upcoming events. The position is eligible to participate in the Sales & Marketing team bonus plan.

**Duties**:

- Promptly provide administrative support to Conference Service Managers, including preparing floorplans, Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes, contacting vendors, and performing other tasks as requested by CSMs.
- Handle weekly and daily distribution of documents.
- Generate and supply all necessary reports for Conference Service meetings.
- Administer post-event surveys and relay feedback to the management team.
- Assist with group audits following guest departures as needed.
- Help manage internal events.
- Collect and distribute banquet checks after events.
- Support operations during the absences Sales Coordinator.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by DOSM or the Senior CSM.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work within budget constraints and make cost-effective decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Team player and detail oriented
- Knowledge of Opera and other sales CRM and hotel PMS systems is preferred

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Event Management an asset
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management an asset
- Understanding of hotel operation
- Administration skills is an essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- Conference Services Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
