About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Registration Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for attendees.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist with the preparation and organization of registration materials
  • To greet attendees and provide them with information about the conference
  • To handle queries and concerns from attendees in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
