**Overview**

This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills an ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the steel market.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- **Valid G driver's license and own transportation is required. **_

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
