**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring product availability, coordinating with various departments, and supporting our sales and customer service teams. If you have a passion for product management and sales, along with strong communication skills, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the purchasing department to identify products for procurement and communicate availability to sales teams
- Update pricing for all products, lamps, and equipment as necessary
- Work with the Marketing Manager to build promotional specials and create monthly flyers
- Ensure accurate product information in all marketing and print materials in collaboration with the marketing and sales departments
- Serve as a liaison between manufacturers and internal teams to facilitate effective communication
- Coordinate product-training sessions between manufacturers and sales teams
- Negotiate special promotions and incentives with manufacturers
- Plan and execute annual sales summit and product knowledge expo
- Create and oversee customer strategies to ensure clear service parameters are met internally and externally
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Support the ongoing development of inside and outside sales teams to meet financial targets
- Maintain product merchandising in the showroom
- Assist in preparations for trade shows and represent the company at events as necessary
- Occasional travel to customer events and trades shows

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in product management, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
