**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phones and greeting customers
- Field inquiries to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Accounts receivable and payable posting entries to accounting software
- Receive and post customer payments
- Maintain office filing system
- Provide administrative support to Business Manager and Sales team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Visions considered an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- High-school diploma or equivalent

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
