This role will support our Co-CEO in consistently maintaining a strong partnership across the business by anticipating their needs, executing tasks and initiatives and going above and beyond to ensure their time and effort are focused on strategic objectives to get us closer to achieving our mission. This person will need to be someone with a strong yet humble presence with the appropriate level of urgency for the task at hand.

This role is considered HYBRID - you will be expected to travel to both our Toronto and Oakville offices (avg travel is once/week)*
**Your Impact**
- In this role, you'll be the point of contact for people leaders, employees, clients, and other external stakeholders
- You will provide calendar support, book travel arrangements, and reconcile expenses alongside one of our Co-CEOs
- You will manage information flow, tasks & small projects in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in planning meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and maintain a filing system for key documentation
- FUN You will get to plan leadership team events

**About You**
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant for at least two years
- Communicate effectively with different levels of seniority through oral and written means
- Experience in calendar management as well as booking travel
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks and distinguish priorities with excellent organizational skills
- You have great research and project management skills and are able to synthesize information
- Your ability to switch from one task to another easily allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with organizing meetings including taking minutes and preparing presentations and briefs
- You have experience using Google Suite products
