**À quoi pouvez-vous vous attendre ?**
- En tant que Client Executive au sein de notre équipe de gestion des risques, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien et l'expansion d'un portefeuille d'affaires de taille moyenne contenant des comptes plus importants ou plus nuancés dans divers secteurs ou spécialités, et vous pourrez contribuer aux travaux de vente pour des comptes complexes et prioritaires appartenant à des collègues seniors.
- Vous serez responsable de la croissance, de la rentabilité et de la satisfaction des clients d'un portefeuille d'affaires contenant des comptes prioritaires complexes.
- Les gestionnaires de clients "livrent l'entreprise" en alignant les stratégies et les besoins des clients sur les capacités et les ressources de MMC, ce qui comprend la gestion et le développement des relations avec les clients, en agissant en tant que conseiller de confiance du client, en poursuivant le développement de nouvelles affaires et en élargissant et diversifiant la gamme de produits et de services MMC que le client détient.
- Vous aurez l'occasion d'améliorer vos compétences techniques et de vente en gestion, ainsi que d'acquérir une expérience dans un large éventail de clients et d'industries.

- Développer la stratégie de vente pour les comptes gérés en exploitant une compréhension approfondie des besoins des clients, des tendances du marché et des offres internes de produits ou de services.
- Gérer les efforts de recherche et les analyses sur les marchés et les industries pertinents afin d'identifier les besoins potentiels en matière de relations, de cibler de nouveaux centres d'acheteurs et, en fin de compte, de cibler les domaines à développer pour l'équipe et/ou le portefeuille personnel d'affaires.
- Effectuer des analyses consolidant les données de projet et/ou de marché avec les besoins et les attentes des comptes compris pour réaliser un travail de proposition concurrentiel et bien réfléchi pour les comptes existants ou potentiels personnels ou supérieurs et les opportunités interfonctionnelles pour institutionnaliser les comptes.
- Responsable de l'élaboration de plans de projet, en exploitant les connaissances de l'équipe et des capacités techniques et professionnelles personnelles, en élaborant des calendriers et des attentes de travail réalisables pour fournir des produits et des solutions de manière efficace et réussie aux comptes.
- Effectuer des analyses approfondies pour créer des solutions de produits personnalisées réalisables et efficaces pour les comptes personnels nouveaux ou existants ou les comptes complexes de l'équipe, en veillant à la conformité globale des prix et des politiques.
- Traiter les problèmes escaladés de manière opportune et efficace et veiller à ce que les relations soient positives et respectent les délais et les résultats promis.
- S'engager activement et nourrir des relations et des réseaux professionnels au sein des organisations clientes.
- Participer à des événements et des conférences de l'industrie pour développer un solide réseau professionnel, maintenir une proximité avec le marché pertinent et représenter l'entreprise.
