***What does a National Service Desk do?**:

- Oversee communications in selected geographic areas
- Confer with customers or employees in a supervisory capacity
- Receive or prepare work instructions and establish priorities
- Record and maintain data and dispatch information
- Notify staff of road or traffic problems
- Organize the allocation of resources in an efficient manner
- Assist with scheduling needs
- Process client requests in a timely manner

**Qualifications to become a National Service Desk**:

- Strong communication skills written and verbal in English and French
- Operate and contribute to a positive work environment in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills to ensure goals are met
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite programs with efficiency
- Ability and willingness to cross train in other positions and functions (Dispatch, Scheduling) which operate within the operations centre
- Be available to work a flexible schedule on any 7 days, specifically Continental Rotating shifts from 7 pm - 7 am
- Be eligible to work in Canada
