**About Us**: We are a growing real estate team specializing in residential homes throughout Durham Region and surrounding areas. Our commitment to exceptional client service is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team and enhance our client experience through organized support, personalized service, and consistent follow-through.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication**: Serve as a first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships, and setting reminders for key client interactions.
- **System Management**: Organize deal files, contracts, and maintain detailed records to ensure seamless client experiences.
- **Coordination**: Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings, ensuring all client and team needs are met.
- **Marketing & Listing Support**: Assist in preparing listings and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
- **CRM & Project Management**: Use CRM software (Follow Up Boss) and Trello to manage client tasks, follow-ups, and ensure projects stay on track.
- **Offer Preparation**: Support offer preparation and documentation (training provided) to facilitate smooth transactions.
- **Ad Posting & Promotion**: Post ads and marketing content as needed to promote listings and maintain visibility.
**Qualifications**:
- **Client-Centric Experience**: 2-5 years in an administrative or customer service role, ideally with client-facing experience. Real estate knowledge is a bonus.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Fluent in English, with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Products, and comfortable with CRM software (experience with Follow Up Boss is a plus).
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
- **Reliable & Trustworthy**: Values integrity, transparency, and honesty.
- **Driver’s License & Vehicle**: Required for occasional local tasks.
