We are seeking a Volunteer Business Development / Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and is excited to contribute to the growth of our business.

The Volunteer - Business Development / Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting our home care business's operations and expansion. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in business development and operations management while contributing to a meaningful cause. Whether you are an experienced professional looking to build on your skills or a newcomer to Canada eager to gain Canadian experience, this position will provide valuable learning opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to grow and enhance At Your Home Compassion Care.
- Work alongside the team to streamline day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Help manage client relationships and coordinate with the care team to maintain high-quality care services.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities for expansion.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and engaging with prospective clients and partners.
- Contribute to creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
- Track key performance indicators and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in business development, operations management, or a related field is an asset but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
- An interest in the healthcare or home care industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
