You’ll tackle projects that make a real difference—including empowering users with CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training, securing household and enterprise networks through CIRA Canadian Shield and DNS Firewall, or defending against DDoS attacks with Anycast DNS. **Who you are**:
The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. You have a strong background in SaaS cybersecurity sales, excellent communication skills, and the proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
**What you **will do**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential prospects through market research and analysis.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and develop a robust sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our Cybersecurity SaaS products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, forecast accuracy, and closed deals.
**What you will **bring**:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus in Cybersecurity
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- The demonstrated ability of managing a sales territory and developing strategic sales plans, including the ability to forecast business in your territory.
- Tenacity, business acumen and excellent communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the SaaS business model and cybersecurity technology landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
