**Responsibilities**:

- Duties associated with parking lot line painting, sports courts and indoor warehouses
- Help clean and prepare work sites
- Load and unload materials or equipment into work vehicles and trailers
- Maintain and clean equipment, conducting routine maintenance or minor repairs as required
- Perform housekeeping duties within the shop.
- Work safely and conform with all health and safety policies
- Perform other duties as required and as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical inclination to understand, maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Willingness to work in all types of weather and temperatures
- Willingness to work assigned night or day shifts, with the flexibility to work long shifts
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 30 kg.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment, have a strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

Previous experience in road work, construction and pavement marking is preferred, but not essential.
