As part of our expansion, we are seeking a passionate and experienced E-commerce Specialist with expertise in Shopify and Wordpress to join our team.
As an E-commerce Specialist at Hatashita Int, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving sales growth through our Shopify platform. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to optimize the customer journey and create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and effective e-commerce website.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain our Shopify website, ensuring its functionality, responsiveness, and overall performance.
- Implement design enhancements and updates to improve the user experience and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with e-commerce objectives.
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels on the website.
- Optimize SEO elements on the website to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices to implement innovative strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5 years as an E-commerce Specialist with a strong focus on Shopify.
- Proficiency in using Shopify's platform to manage products, collections, and customer data.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, user experience, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and an eye for design.
- Prior experience with Zoho, martial arts, Wordpress is a plus.
