We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to create and deliver high-quality training content that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of our employees. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design engaging and interactive training modules, develop technical skills, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that training aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Design:

- Develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content for workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
- Design training that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of our employees.
- Adult Learning Methodologies:

- Create training that addresses complex topics and caters to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cyber Security Expertise:

- Develop and deliver training that effectively communicates complex cyber security concepts.
- Utilize technical expertise to ensure accurate and concise transmission of information.
- Training Delivery:

- Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development software.
- Collaboration:

- Needs Assessment and Solution Design:

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify business-critical skill requirements.
- Craft compelling narratives for cyber security training programs.

What you bring to the table
- Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cyber security training.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning development software.
- Excellent presentation and training delivery skills.
