The Dufresne Group is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our Human Resources Team at our **Home Office**, located at 147 Commerce Drive in **Winnipeg, MB.**

**What you'll have the opportunity to do**:

- Research and source talent via resume databases, direct sourcing, networking sites, social media, user groups, and partnerships with various organizations.

**What we're looking for**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources and experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Sourcing roles. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Social Sourcing Certification (CSSR) and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) designations an asset.
- Sourcing experience, with excellent research skills and the ability to creatively identify and engage passive talent using a variety of platforms and tools (resume databases, social media, networking sites and user groups, etc.)
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and programs, including Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Highly persistent with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize according to current workload demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert relationship builder with the ability to gain buy-in and trust from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to travel within Canada as required for career fairs and in-market recruitment initiatives.
