Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** for our Human Resources Team. This role can be located at our Home Office in **Winnipeg, MB, **or in the **Greater Toronto Area**, **Alberta**, or the **Greater Vancouver Area**.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, sourcing, and engaging qualified talent for openings across The Dufresne Group and its brands (including Ashley Canada). You will partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and use innovative sourcing methods to find top talent for open roles and future opportunities.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:
- Research and source talent via resume databases, direct sourcing, networking sites, social media, user groups, and partnerships with various organizations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in support of individual and team objectives.
- Post-secondary education and at least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Sourcing roles. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Social Sourcing Certification (CSSR) and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) designations an asset.
- Sourcing experience, with ability to creatively identify and engage passive talent using a variety of platforms and tools (resume databases, social media, networking sites and user groups, etc.)
- Technologically savvy with excellent research skills.
- Highly persistent with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to self-manage and prioritize according to current workload demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert relationship builder with the ability to gain buy-in and trust from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to travel within Canada as required for career fairs and in-market recruitment initiatives.
