The Executive of our growing company needs a reliable and organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support the daily tasks of the Managing Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide confidential support to the Managing Director.
- Responsible for addressing operational issues by highlighting risks and implementing policies and procedures
- Prepare work calendars of team members and report progress of projects and compliance
- Address communications sent to the Managing Director, either directly or in collaboration with the Executive
- Adhere to the escalation path for any communication or issues received
- Conduct meetings and forums to solicit feedback, input, and expectations; incorporate these into project plans to report to senior executives.
- Produce regular reports (status, escalations, etc.) on the progress of projects; deliver these reports during regular leadership meetings.
- Attend meetings with and on behalf of the Managing Director
- Prepare letters, PowerPoint presentations, memos, correspondence and other documents as required.
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently, maintain a high degree of confidentiality and demonstrate ethical standards at all times.
- Coordinate all Local and International travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for the Managing Director.
- Filing and maintenance of confidential company information.
- Other duties and special projects as requested by Managing Director.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Associate degree required (B.A. or B.S. preferred)
- 3-5 years Executive Assistant experience and knowledge
- Willingness to learn a new system
- Proven ability to work in a team and adhering to tight deadlines
- Good data entry skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced computer skills
- Document Management and organization experience
- Supply management experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel between Toronto and Hamilton 2-3 times a week

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per month
