The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for the formatting and processing of all payroll-related documents, ensuring that all data is correct and complete. The Payroll Administrator will also be responsible for answering questions from employees about their pay, ensuring that all rates, salaries and other compensation packages are up to date and consistent. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work quickly, as well as the ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep records of employees' hours and earnings.
- Calculate and deliver employee paychecks.
- Arrange for tax withholding and other deductions.
- Monitor payroll costs.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Be a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- LONDON, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
