**Accounting and Office Payroll Administrator (Front Reception)**
The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. This position will report to head of Accounting and will work closely with them to ensure that all accounting functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Working with our finance and accounting team providing administrative support
- Assist with accounts payable data entry
- Assist with payment preparation
- Reconciliations when required
- Assist with submitting invoices/payables for approval
- Manage the office coverage - ensure office has coverage from 8:30 to 5
- Keep office supplies stocked
General office & Payroll administration
- Processing monthly expense reports, invoices, and tax returns.
- Processing payroll for all employees.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for all divisions as needed.
- Assist in any other accounting tasks that may be required at any given time including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits, bank reconciliations, etc
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people at various levels of the organization; ability to work independently when necessary; ability to work well under pressure; ability to multi-task; ability to work effectively with a variety of people at various levels of the organization; ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail a must, follow-up, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality are critical skills required; excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite), organizational skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, flexibility, initiative, adaptability and adaptability are critical skills required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required;
Accounting Administration certification preferred but not required.
PCP Certification preferred but not required.
**Salary**: $46,054.00-$47,985.00 per year
