Reporting to the Lead Consultant, Change Management, you will play a key role in ensuring that the objectives of the new reservation system project are met by increasing the adoption of and minimizing opposition to the changes by our client's employees.

You will focus on the human aspect of change brought about by the implementation of new technology and technology systems. You will work in an operational environment with changes to business processes, organization, culture, roles and responsibilities, and will be expected to support employees. You will ensure rapid adoption by implementing the established change management plan, including mechanisms to mitigate the impacts of change.
- Analyze the current context, understand the structures and issues;
- Use your expertise to mobilize the project team and the end users with best practices, techniques and tools specific to change management, in order to:

- Follow the client's frame of reference;
- Identify guiding principles;
- Identify all impacts and stakeholders;
- Identify critical situations and correct them before they get out of hand;
- Monitor perceptions and trends;
- Take appropriate actions to correct or continue project activities;
- Ensure the execution of the change management plan, including communication, training, mobilization, transition, support and employee engagement;
- Ensure consistency and fluidity between internal and external communication;
- Develop communication content.
- Work in close collaboration with the training, communication and human resources teams.

Does this sound like you?
- Undergraduate degree in a field relevant to change management;
- Certification in change management (an asset);
- Experience:

- of five (5) years in change management;
- on at least two (2) technology or technology system implementation projects;
- in change management in a unionized environment;
- in change management within an Agile project (an asset);
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:

- French: 4/4
- English: 4/4
