**Role Overview**:
As our Amazon Sales Manager at Americanflat You’ll be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our brand presence on one of the world's largest online platforms, Amazon Canada. Reporting to our Amazon North American Manager, You’ll leverage your expertise in Amazon sales management and Amazon Vendor Central to strategize pricing, promotions, and advertising initiatives, ensuring competitiveness and profitability for our company. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, enhance listing accuracy, and maximize visibility and conversion rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic pricing and promotional strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability across Amazon's marketplace which include analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to optimize pricing structures and promotional activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product promotions and special deals that align with customer demand and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the demand planning team to ensure inventory availability and maximize the impact of promotional campaigns.
- Regularly monitor key performance metrics for SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) on Amazon, such as sales velocity, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Take ownership of product launch assets, including product copy and images, to effectively showcase new offerings to customers.
- Analyze pricing trends and market dynamics to provide feedback to the product development team on upcoming SKUs.
- Lead daily meetings with analysts to review SKU performance, address issues, and strategize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the demand planning team to select SKUs for promotional deals and campaigns while providing valuable insights and feedback on SKU performance during demand planning meetings, and ensure alignment between sales strategies and inventory forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in Amazon sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within the Amazon marketplace, specifically with Amazon Vendor Central.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and proficiency in navigating and optimizing features of Amazon Vendor Central, including pricing, promotions, advertising, and inventory management.
- Familiar with Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices for product listings, keyword optimization, search ranking, and advertising, ensuring compliance and maximizing visibility on the platform.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to interpret sales metrics, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and drive business growth.
- Experience using data analysis tools and software such as Helium10 or Jungle Scout to extract actionable insights, monitor performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies for maximum effectiveness is a plus.
- Proficiency in product management and development, including pricing strategy, product launches, SKU management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies and meet business objectives.
