About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our Workforce Optimization team. As a key member of Amazon's Fulfillment Technologies organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions to automate labor management and staffing decisions across processes and functions at Amazon's global fulfillment network locations.

Responsibilities
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workforce Optimization
  • Own and drive roadmap strategy and definition, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Conduct market research and usability studies to identify opportunities for improvement and inform product development
  • Develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs, driving adoption and growth through data-driven decision making
  • Influence technical priorities and business strategy, aligning teams around customer needs and making smart trade-offs to drive appropriate schedules
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a strong track record of owning and driving product strategies
  • Experience managing technical products or online services, with a deep understanding of software development and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product, including identifying and prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight, and the ability to build and drive adoption of new tools

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, maternity and parental leave options, paid time off (PTO), and an RRSP plan.
