**Performance Kia Mayfield** is looking for a **Part-Time** **Front Desk Administrator** to join our dynamic team

**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:
- Greet people coming into the facility and direct them to the appropriate contact.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitoring the floor traffic and reporting sales activity including guest visits in our DMS system
- Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
- Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
- Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
- Motor vehicle licensing administration.
- Vehicle inventory administration.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Required Hours: Monday-Thursday 3pm to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 6pm.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
- Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
- 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in people and in helping others, knowledge of the work and of the organization.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
- Good communication skills.
- Must possess telephone etiquette; ability to stay calm when callers are irate.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Personable, reliable, courteous.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

**This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience**
**Job Type**: Part Time - Permanent
**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
