Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

_Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. is a dynamic, well established company offering an exciting range of window and door products. We are part of the Alpa Lumber Group of companies specializing in the manufacture and supply of building materials for over 65 years._
- We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated individuals to join our expanding team to transport finished doors and windows to locations across the GTA._
**Front Desk Receptionist & Administrative Assistant; Monday to Friday; 7am - 5pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, equipment inventory and storage
- Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Customer focus
- Take and relay messages efficiently when required
- Provide general information to callers
- Greet any visitors, monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Sending out and receiving mail and packages
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma generally required
- Experience with handling a phone system with multiple lines
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong Keyboard skills
- Professionalism
- Strong work ethic
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
