HR & Payroll Assistant

We are seeking a mature and reliable HR & Payroll Assistant to support our Finance & Operations team and collaborate with various departments. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee record management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with other departments to address HR and payroll-related inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvements within the HR and payroll functions.
- Assist with financial reporting and preparation.
- Work closely with HSE department for safety program compliance, including Employee & Vehicle record management.
- Supportive duties for the Finance & Operations manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
