Customer Service Representative

TOC Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics provider that focuses on fulfilment services and supply chain solutions throughout Canada. **Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Expediting and de-expediting of material
- Proactively troubleshoot any received discrepancies and invoices
- Accurately maintain and carry out the purchase order processing with vendors
- Monitor orders and maintain projected delivery date updates
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Previous experience within utilities or manufacturing sectors an asset
- Post secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration (preferred)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Possess a positive and professional demeanor
- A philosophy that customer service is important above all else and an ability to resolve customer needs in innovative and effective manners
- Ability to service customers and accounts with quality, timeliness, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- Experience with purchasing software (e.g SAP, Sage, etc)
