Marketing Content Strategist

As Marketing Content Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our digital-first marketing strategy, shaping our brand perception globally and maximizing our conversion rates. You will have opportunities to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and divisions, design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, and lead strategic initiatives that directly impact our bottom line. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop compelling sales and marketing materials to effectively support the growth of our business and drive engagement from our target audience.
- Create purposeful and data-driven content that aligns with market trends, leveraging research and analysis to engage relevant audiences and drive organic search traffic.
- Lead integrated marketing programs tailored to new and existing customers, focusing on lead generation, onboarding, cross-selling, retention, and service utilization to achieve key performance indicators.
- Develop customized customer journeys that enhance engagement and conversion within existing marketing programs or new initiatives, specifically for new and emerging lines of business.
- Project manage agencies and internal teams to execute strategies, overseeing the delivery of various content and campaigns such as videos, blog articles, infographics, website content, social media posts, digital advertising and more.
- Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards in all content and communications.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Three to five years of experience in a corporate marketing or communications function within a B2B or industrial oriented business.
- Thorough knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, with a strong grasp of the needs and buying behavior of customers in industrial markets like manufacturing.
- Proven track record of creating original and impactful content in various formats and styles to effectively engage and convert audiences.
- Deep understanding of key factors in both acquiring and retaining customers through marketing strategies.
- Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including knowledge of best practices and content optimization and web analytics tools such as SEM Rush and Piwik PRO.
- Exceptional communication skills, using data to identify trends, develop a compelling narrative, and gain support from stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the flexibility to shift focus and priorities as needed.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with organizational policies with mínimal supervision and edits required.
- Familiarity with common website and social platforms like WordPress, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Comfortable with technical topics related to robotics, mechatronics, cloud computing, reliability engineering, eCommerce, AI/ML, augmented reality, and software design.
- Experience with video editing, graphic design and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud would be an asset.
