The Command Centre Desktop Systems Analyst is responsible for provisioning technology services which may include desktop hardware (laptop, desktop, tablet, printer, ATM) branch specific hardware (cash recycling unit, thermal printer, scanner) and associated network configurations for all major projects for new branches, relocations, renovations and tower moves across multiple Windows 10 desktop platforms.

Accountabilities:

- Manage desktop technology provisioning for various branch and tower activities
- Fulfill provisioning requests for desktops/laptops move, add, change, delete activities
- Work with internal and external partners, including on-site technicians, to provide services
- Provide costing and work effort estimates to various project requests, ensure project scope and timelines are on track
- Utilize Service Now workflow to manage and assign requests, identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify and implement automation of select functions
- Simplify and eliminate complexity from existing processes
- Handle escalations and manage customer expectations in a professional manner
- Participate in on call rotation to support activities that may occur outside of standard business hours

Knowledge and skill:

- 5-7 years of work experience in IT environment and/or degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business.
- Experience with Win10 workstation builds and Windows 2019 Server
- Thorough understanding of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory and AD domains / OUs, group memberships
- This role is hybrid working conditions
