**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with PR and marketing agencies, as well as other event-related clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.
- Manage budgets and forecasts, optimizing resources to achieve financial goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on sales team development.
- Previous experience in the agency world, preferably in PR, marketing, or brand activations.
- Familiarity with the events industry and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: $65,308.83-$116,181.93 per year
