1. Advanced IT Management:

- Direct management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

- Strong focus on managing IT vendor relationships and evaluating emerging technologies, especially AI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in system integration and enterprise software implementations.

2. Systems Administration Expertise:

- Oversight of system backups, disaster recovery, and ensuring systems continuity.
- Implementation of robust IT security protocols.
- Leadership in system enhancements and integrations, prioritizing AI-driven improvements.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, and Talkdesk, experience in these systems considered a significant asset.
- Experience with warehouse management, logistics, and e-commerce systems.

3. Proactive IT Project Management:

- Leadership in IT projects from initiation to completion, focusing on AI initiatives and software implementations.
- Effective coordination with teams to define project scopes and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong multitasking ability and excellent documentation skills for clear project management.

4. IT Policies, Procedures, and Compliance Leadership:

- Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and conducting risk assessments.
- Training staff on IT policies, cybersecurity, and AI ethics.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small, dynamic IT team.

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in IT management, infrastructure, and systems administration.
- Deep knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
- Advanced skills in Windows system administration and cloud infrastructure services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a strong emphasis on software implementation and planning.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in implementing AI technologies and managing enterprise software in a business environment.
- Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, and Talkdesk is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
