**Job Title: IT Manager**

**Position Overview**:
The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of AutoShack’s IT infrastructure and software systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and spearheading long-term strategic initiatives. This role demands a proactive leader who can multitask, manage vendors effectively, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage budgets to optimize IT performance. You will manage a small but dynamic team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. IT Operations and Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee network infrastructure, server management, and data systems, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.
- Implement proactive monitoring systems to detect issues early and maintain system uptime.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**2. Software Management and Systems Integration**:

- Manage enterprise software systems such as Salesforce Commerce, Salesforce Marketing, NetSuite ERP, Manhattan Scale, and TalkDesk.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems and lead IT-related projects to improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency.

**3. Vendor and People Management**:

- Manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring optimal performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a results-oriented culture.
- Coordinate tasks and projects across departments, ensuring IT supports overall business objectives.

**4. Strategic Planning, KPIs, and Budgeting**:

- Develop and track KPIs to measure IT performance and report regularly to senior management.
- Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting the company’s growing technology needs.
- Create and implement IT strategies that align with business goals, ensuring long-term scalability and success.

**5. Multitasking and Problem-Solving**:

- Handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, preventing downtime and ensuring business continuity.

**Qualifications**:

- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in IT operations and vendor management.
- Proven experience managing software systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite ERP, and warehouse management systems like Manhattan Scale.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including hiring, performance management, and mentoring IT staff.
- Strong experience in developing and managing KPIs and budgets.

**Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, server management, and data security.
- Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong project management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Dynamic personality with a results-driven approach to leadership and problem-solving.

**Availability**:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Ottawa, Ontario.
