Job Responsibilities:
1. Hands-On IT Management:

- Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Lead with active technical involvement.

2. Systems Administration:

- Proficiency in NetSuite an asset.
- Experience with warehouse management, logistics, and e-commerce an asset.

3. IT Project Management:

- Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including AI-related initiatives and enterprise software implementations.
- Coordinate with teams to define project scopes.
- Monitor project progress.
- Conduct post-project evaluations.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills, ensuring clear and comprehensive project records and reports.

4. IT Policies, Procedures, and Compliance:

- Develop and enforce IT policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments.
- Train staff on IT policies and cybersecurity, including AI ethics and best practices.
- Ability to manage a small team.

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, infrastructure, and systems administration.
- Knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
- Proficiency in Windows system administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional documentation skills, vital for maintaining clear and accurate records of IT operations and projects.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing AI technologies and managing enterprise software implementations in a business environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $125,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
