- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, or Ceridian
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of account reconciliation processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze financial documents and identify discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
