Tenant Liaison Officer

Responsibilities for this job include answering tenant inquiries and leasing questions. Liaising between tenants and management. Coordinating repair requests, move in and move outs, cleaners, painters, appliance deliveries etc. You will be responsible for preparation of leases, rent increase notices, rent receipts, monthly collection and deposit of rents, preparation of late rent notices and other required forms. You will maintain the rental database and be responsible for all updates. A knowledge of the RTA is essential. Experience in multi-residential management would be a benefit. You must be a self starter, be able to work independently and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the office. We are a small family run company so loyalty and integrity are important to us and you will be rewarded in kind.
**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
