Vitract is leading the charge for a healthcare revolution that is quietly taking place in the US. Our mission at Vitract is help customers access evidence based care, while always sticking to the side of science.

We’re starting out by helping integrative clinicians access more affordable and comprehensive gut microbiome testing. The gut microbiome, although central to health, remains a complicated elusive domain of health that many practitioners and patients alike don’t understand. We’re working to fix that. Not only is our flagship product comprehensive, its offered at a price point that is drastically more affordable. _Our customers love us_, and we’re extremely proud of the test we’ve launched into the market.

**The Role - A day in the life**

This role will be closely working with the founders to build the playbook of how we scale from 100 to 1000 of clinics. You’re going to be becoming a part of the core early Vitract team.

**Current Pain Point**: Each month, we have seen hundreds of leads coming through, and while we’ve been able to convert them into paying customers, there’s more to it than that. As the Onboarding Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping increase the activation inside these clinics, identify areas of weakness in knowledge or skill, pinpointing any obstacles hindering their activation, and facilitating their conversion to meeting our threshold of x tests ordered per month.

In essence, there are two main things you’ll be focused on: retention and expansion. The demand exceeds our current capacity to help them, and we're looking for an individual with a blend of sales acumen and technical expertise, coupled with a genuine passion for our industry, to join us in meeting this demand head-on, and transforming it into tangible conversions for our practitioners. Let's make it happen

**Day to day**
- Build meaningful relationships with our existing and future provider base
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline (this is an absolute must) You should be able to use your insight to adjust strategies and make sure of a steady flow of opportunities, successfuly working from from lead to close to activation.
- Calling practitioners interested in Vitract as well as calling new sign-ups in a timely manner
- Managing the process of practitioner activation and ensuring the customer's success in using our platform effectively
- Providing feedback to founders; echoing earned insight from of our practitioners. This role will allow you get insight on practitioner workflow, pain points, suggestions, and this will help shape our roadmap
- Discovering & having a deep understanding of practitioner pain points to address their needs and create collaborative solutions to meet them
- Communicating the value proposition to interested leads while having in-depth conversations with practitioners
- Providing detailed product demos via Zoom and in person while building trust and excitement with practitioners
- Working out of Hubspot; managing and tracking practitioner communications by any means (e.g. - creating tasks, follow-ups, etc.) to ensure your CRM pipeline is organized
- Being deeply connected to the company’s growth goals and always working towards achieving them

**What we’re looking for, think you’re a good fit? We’d love to hear from you**

**Service or sales experience**
- You have 1-2 years of experience in high-volume customer-facing roles (e.g. - Sales, Customer Success, Account Manager) and have managed leads in a CRM software (like Hubspot)
- You THRIVE in a fast-paced, startup environment. Bonus if you have experience with software sales or B2B2C marketplaces
- You have stellar written and verbal communication skills and can present a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor over the phone & Zoom
- You utilize basic user researcher skills to understand customer needs and support product feedback
- You have experience providing feedback and solutions to internal teams
