**Responsabilités principales**:

- Gérer un portefeuille défini de partenaires, en établissant et en entretenant des relations solides avec les parties prenantes clés.
- Cultiver et développer des partenariats en les engageant et en les éduquant régulièrement. Comprendre leur fonctionnement et comment mieux servir leurs clients avec notre offre Nectari / SEI.
- Agir en tant que principal point de contact pour les activités post-vente, en répondant rapidement et professionnellement à toutes les demandes et requêtes.
- Prendre en charge la performance post-vente des partenaires.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de ventes, de service clientèle et de renouvellement pour identifier les opportunités de vente croisée et de vente incitative et garantir le renouvellement et le développement de nouvelles opportunités d’affaire.
- Collaborer avec les directeurs du développement commercial.
- Recueillir les informations auprès des clients pouvant aider à faire évoluer le logiciel.
- Si nécessaire, gérer le processus de résolution des problèmes logiciels critiques signalées entre le partenaire et le service client.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplômes en administration des affaires, Marketing ou domaine connexe.
- 2+ années d’expérience en gestion de compte ou vente, de préférence dans une entreprise de logiciels ou de technologie.
- Excellente communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d’établir des relations solides avec les partenaires et les équipes internes.
- Une expertise avérée dans la détection des problématiques des clients et l'élaboration de recommandations pour les résoudre.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a defined portfolio of partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Nurture and grow partnerships by engaging, educating and empowering them on a regular basis. Understand how they operate and can better serve their customers with our Nectari / SEI offering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales activities, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries and requests.
- Take ownership of partner post-sales performance, looking for opportunities for partners to sell into their customer base.
- Work closely with sales, customer success and renewal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and to ensure renewed and new business.
- Collaborate with Nectari directors of business development to provide partner feedback and sales opportunity information they may be unaware of.
- Update Nectari product marketing and development with ideas obtained from partners regarding customer suggestions for software enhancements.
- Monitor customer usage and provide regular reporting and insights to internal teams on customer trends and behavior.
- Work with partners to identify potential customers for the BETA Program, referrals for prospects, and success stories.
- Working closely with product and sales marketing on initiatives such as partner webinars, and various campaigns that partners can benefit from.
- When necessary, manage the resolution process regarding reported critical software issues between the partner and Nectari customer service and support.
- Be involved, when needed, with Nectari Software’s direct customer base.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French & English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Proven track record of identifying client pains and providing recommendations to overcome them.
