**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize your expertise to identify, appraise, and acquire top-quality used vehicles through various channels.
- Staying ahead of market trends, conduct regular market analyses, and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
- Ability to lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
- Assuring exceptional customer service by delivering reliable, clean, and well-maintained used vehicles, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring a diverse selection, timely turnover, and adherence to dealership standards.
- Develop and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and maximize revenue.
- Work closely and cooperatively with all departments within the dealership.
- Perform training with sales staff in weekly meetings and do one-on-one training as needed.
- Handle customer issues promptly to enhance the dealership's image.
**Qualifications**:
- Successful experience in the used car industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to assess vehicle value.
- In-depth understanding of the used car market, including pricing and popular models.
- Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills to inspire high-performing teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Proficiency in using automotive inventory management systems and other related software.
