- Booking appointments
- Assisting with various other administrative duties
- Light cleaning of clinic
**Specific Job Description**:
- supervise completion of above tasks by admin team
- co-ordinating payroll with company bookkeeper
- regular maintenance of accounts receivable
- delegation of accounts receivable tasks
- assist in quality control of office tasks
**Scheduled Hours**:
- 38 hours total per week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
