Summary

MC College & F.C.E. Properties are looking for a Receptionist & Office Assistant. This person is the first point of contact for visitors and is responsible for administrative support for MC College and Frank Cairo Enterprises. The position requires confidentiality and ability to professionally interact with all employees, management team, students, customers and public.

**Job Duties**:

- Receptionist:_
- Greet all guests, visitors and appointments and notify respective staff of their arrival.
- Screen visitors and ensure their inquiries are answered correctly.
- Receive all deliveries and prepare daily and weekly courier shipments.
- Receive and communicate with building maintenance and support contractors.
- Office Assistant:_
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail. Ensure mail supplies are on hand.
- Book Meetings and Catering for Head Office
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Various filing duties when required
- Maintain kitchen supplies
- Develop, Edit and Maintain spreadsheets for various departments
- Scan Invoices into P Drive: MC & FCE

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to use tact and discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Outstanding communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient in using MS Office, Outlook, Excel and Word; willing and able to learn new software.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills; very detail oriented.
- Ability to organize self and others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to manage time
- Ability to analyze situations and exercise sound judgment.
- Highly motivated, flexible, humorous, and well-rounded business perspective.

**Working Conditions**:

- Interacts with co-workers and clients and other outside organizations.
- Intermittent physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and light lifting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
