**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as central intake of contract requests
- Responsible for the organization, management, and maintenance of all existing and new contracts/templates both manually and electronically
- Complete initial review and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders during negotiation of agreements with external parties
- Ensure all relevant documentation is received and is appropriate for contract completion
- Assist in obtaining documents such as due diligence, NDAs, collection of insurance certificates, WSIB certificates
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting as requested
- Subject to review of the Manager of Business Relations, draft letters, memos and contracts as needed using Bayshore ICS templates
- Subject to supervision of the Manager of Business Relations, review Customer template-derived agreements and propose edits in accordance with Bayshore ICS contract requirements
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items until completion
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the Company's Quality Management System
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Lead of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
- Complete other tasks as requested

**Work Location**:Remote work with occasional office time required.

Job Qualification

**Job Qualification**

**Education**
- Paralegal diploma, legal administrative certificate, or university degree with a legal studies background is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role
- Previous work experience in a law firm and/or healthcare setting will be considered an asset and preferred.

**Other Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience with contract management systems is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working with contracts, and an understanding of contract language and contract requirements is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time and self-management skills - can effectively manage high volumes of work independently, schedule priorities and produce work in a timely and accurate manner
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good typing skills to facilitate data entry in a timely manner
- Strong work ethic - extra hours may sometimes be required to meet job demands
- Exceptional written and spoken English language skills appropriate for interpreting and communicating contractual language
