Family owned and professionally managed, **Westbrook Trailers **is a division of The Westbrook Group of Companies specializing in the manufacturing of Galvalume steel light duty trailers, and partially assembled kit trailers.

The Order Processor Team Lead is a hands-on role and will work as a member of the shipping/receiving team. The role is to assist the supervisor with the day-to-day operations of the order processing department. They will be responsible to organize and assist in the picking, processing, and assembling of all orders in a time efficient manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure team members are following standardized work instructions and understand the quality expectations;
- Organize and execute daily operations of picking, packing, and shipping customer orders;
- Ensure speedy selection and packing with accuracy before shipping;
- Ensure shipments are processed within customer timeline requirements and follow all customer guidelines;
- Work to exceed daily and weekly production accuracy goals;
- Maintain daily logs and reports for review;
- Set-up and assemble kit trailers;
- Complete tasks using hand tools and air tools (rivet guns, impact gun);
- Ensure inventory control procedures are followed;
- Develop and maintain strong employee motivation and morale;
- Train and/or oversee the orientation/training of new employees to be safe and efficient;
- Willingness to strengthen leadership skills through continued training;
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of the order processing department by working with the Supervisor and Management;
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Successful completion of a high school diploma;
- Minimum of 2 years experience order processing in an industrial environment;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products;
- Forklift Certification strongly preferred.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) and build relationships at all levels;
- Must be able to make quick, educated decisions and work well under pressure;
- Well organized and able to work independently with strong time management skills;
- Open attitude and willingness to share opinions and expertise to solve problems daily;
- Must work in a professional and cooperative manner with coworkers and management;
- Proven initiative and leadership skills.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Work performed indoors and outdoors in an industrial shop environment with exposure to high level of noise, extreme temperatures;
- Worked performed around moving machines, vehicles;
- Moderate-high noise level;
- Must be able to stand up to 8+ hours per day;
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs frequently;
- Must be able to push 50-100 lbs frequently.
