**Job Title**: Social Developmental Manager
**Salary**: $ 82,642.57 - $100,351.41 - $118,060.82
**Contract**: Fulltime, Permanent
**Hours**: 4-day work week, Mon - Thurs (36 hrs)
**Location**: Ladysmith, BC
**About The Role**
Reporting to the Director of Administration, Social Development Manager oversees the social services department, which is responsible for managing and effectively delivering social services, providing financial aid and support to individuals and families within Stz’uminus First Nation. This position carries significant supervisory, financial, and community engagement responsibilities, playing a crucial role in the development and management of programs that promote the well-being and self-sufficiency of SFN members.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social services management, with demonstrated experience in supervisory and financial management roles.
- Previous experience working with Indigenous communities or organizations is highly desirable.

As a member of the team, you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits, including:

The Salary Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
