**About Us**:
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at First Defence Security your primary responsibility will be to ensure all company expenses are accurately recorded in QuickBooks. In addition, you will maintain our office filing system and assist the General Manager and Operations Manager as needed. This role requires someone with a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, who is proactive, professional, and highly organized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input all company expenses into QuickBooks in a timely manner
- Maintain and organize the office filing system
- Assist the General Manager and Operations Manager with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure all financial records are kept up to date and compliant with company policies
- Handle other office-related duties to support smooth operations
- Must be proficient in the use of MacBook (Apple) products

**Qualifications**:

- MUST have proven experience with QuickBooks (we cannot provide training)
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to bondable, pass a criminal background check and sign an NDA
