Are you looking for **part-time** employment providing administrative support? Do you have related experience working in an engineering consulting company?

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for responding to requests for information from the public, welcoming and receiving clients, and providing administrative support.

You will be successful in this job if you have a diploma in business/office administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience; five year’s experience in an engineering office providing administration and reception; an advanced level of proficiency with computers and Microsoft 365; previous experience in proposal and report preparation/editing; intermediate experience with accounting software, experience with Sage software is considered an asset; basic level of proficiency maintaining websites; a valid NS drivers’ license or ability to obtain one, and access to a reliable vehicle is considered an asset; and the ability to successfully pass a criminal record check.

You will work 30 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, onsite, with ½ hour paid break.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:
