- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to company standards and health regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, prep workers and service staff.
- Create and update menus based on dietary requirements of clientele
- Prepare 3 times daily buffet meals and snacks for In house clientele.
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
