**Administrative Assistant**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an Administrative Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform front desk reception, manage the main phone line and retrieve/sort incoming mail;
- Complete administrative tasks including but not limited to processing expense and vacation forms, scanning, photocopying, filing and managing the Google Drive organization;
- Oversee the day to day function of the office and ensure the smooth running of all facilities by monitoring office supply inventory, maintaining the kitchen and related supplies, and ensuring the office is organized, presentable and well stocked;
- Partner with internal departments on administrative projects and assist with special event planning;
- Support recruitment through the development and maintenance of job postings and screening, testing and pre-interviewing applicants;
- Provide additional HR administrative support through recruitment, on-boarding and departure processes as well as performance review and disciplinary meetings;
- Maintain employee information and assist in benefit administration and training platform development;
- Manage payroll, remittances, reimbursements, and deductions;
- Other administrative and HR tasks as required.

**Skills and Requirements**
- 1-2 years experience in an Administrative and/or HR capacity;
- Positive and enthusiastic with the willingness to be Legendary;
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees (including management/leadership), external consultants and visitors;
- Demonstrates willingness and ability to embrace technology and automation;
- Superior verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills;
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc) and Microsoft Office.
